The message
Depression after a love that ends is real, and the pain is strong. This video exists to shed light on what stays invisible behind closed doors.
The invitation
Don't stay alone: ask for help and surround yourself with people who hold you up. It's okay not to be okay.
The craft
Storyboarded in Figjam, cut in Premiere Pro, finished in After Effects. Every cut and every silence is timed to let the discomfort breathe instead of explaining it away.
The outcome
Two weeks, a team of two, and my first real test of digital art direction: briefing and directing the videomaker, keeping the message intact from storyboard to final cut.
